{"identifier":"/us/usc/t7/s1738i","title":7,"num":"\u00a7\u202f1738i.","heading":"Enterprise for the Americas Board","text":"\u00a7\u202f1738i.\nEnterprise for the Americas Board\n(a)\nEstablishment\nThere is established a board to be known as the \u201cEnterprise for the Americas Board\u201d (hereafter referred to in this subchapter as the \u201cBoard\u201d).\n(b)\nMembership and chairperson\n(1)\nMembership\nThe Board shall be composed of\u2014\n(A) six representatives from the United States Government, at least one of whom shall be a representative of the Department of Agriculture;
