{"identifier":"/us/usc/t7/s2009d","title":7,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2009d.","heading":"Rural Development Trust Fund","text":"\u00a7\u202f2009d.\nRural Development Trust Fund\n(a)\nEstablishment\nThere is established in the Treasury of the United States a trust fund which shall be known as the Rural Development Trust Fund (in this subchapter referred to as the \u201cTrust Fund\u201d).\n(b)\nAccounts\nThere are established in the Trust Fund the following accounts:\n(1) The rural community facilities account.\n(2) The rural utilities account.\n(3) The rural business and cooperative development account.\n(4) The federally recognized Indian tribe account.\n(c)\nDeposits into accounts\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law, each fiscal year\u2014\n(1) all amounts made available to carry out the authorities described in subsection (d)(1) for the fiscal year shall be deposited into the rural community facilities account of the Trust Fund;\n(2) all amounts made available to carry out the authorities described in subsection (d)(2) for the fiscal year shall be deposited into the rural utilities account of the Trust Fund;
