As used in this Act ["},{"t":"ref","text":"7 U.S.C. 361a","href":"/us/usc/t7/s361a","tail":" et seq.], the terms \u201cState\u201d or \u201cStates\u201d are defined to include the several States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
