{"identifier":"/us/usc/t7/s499b\u20131","title":7,"num":"\u00a7\u202f499b\u20131.","heading":"Products produced in distinct geographic areas","text":"\u00a7\u202f499b\u20131.\nProducts produced in distinct geographic areas\n(a)\nIn general\nIn the case of a perishable agricultural commodity (as defined under the Perishable Agricultural Commodity Act (\n(1) subject to a Federal marketing order under the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 (\n7 U.S.C. 601\n(2) traditionally identified as being produced in a distinct geographic area, State, or region;
