§ 3638.
General standard
All actions taken under sections 3632(g),11 See References in Text note below. See References in Text note below. 3633, 3635, and 3636 of this title shall—
(a)
take into account the best scientific information available;
(b)
result in measures necessary and appropriate for the conservation, management, utilization and development of the Pacific salmon resource, with due consideration of social and economic concerns; and
(c)
be consistent with United States obligations under the Treaty, domestic Indian treaties and other applicable law.
