Civil Service Commission: report

In addition to the usual number of the report of the Civil Service Commission twenty-three thousand copies shall be printed: one thousand for the Senate, two thousand for the House of Representatives, and twenty thousand for distribution by the Civil Service Commission.11  See Transfer of Functions note below. See Transfer of Functions note below.
