Procurement of detection equipment for United States border security
Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 301,11 See References in Text note below. See References in Text note below. $15,000,000 is available for the procurement of—
(1)
equipment capable of detecting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States;
(2)
equipment capable of interdicting the movement of weapons of mass destruction and related materials into the United States; and
(3)
materials and technologies related to use of equipment described in paragraph (1) or (2).
