Prohibiting discrimination in the intelligence community

(a)

In general

Not later than 90 days after December 18, 2025, the Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the head of each element of the intelligence community, shall revise all regulations, policies, procedures, manuals, circulars, courses, training, and guidance in the intelligence community such that all such materials are in compliance with and consistent with this section.

(b)

Prohibition

None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by any law for the National Intelligence Program shall be used for the purposes of implementing covered practices in the intelligence community.

(c)

Covered practice defined

In this section, the term “covered practice” means any practice that discriminates for or against any person in a manner prohibited by the Constitution of the United States, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000 11  So in original. Probably should be “2000a”. So in original. Probably should be “2000a”. et seq.), or any other Federal law.
