§ 300317.
State
In this division, the term “State” means—
(1)
a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands; and
(2)
the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau.
